Job Description
MAINTENANCE PERSON NEEDED
There are two Full time maintenance people needed for a large apartment complex.
Knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, appliances, and HVAC.
The position is very busy and physically demanding, must be able to lift 50+ pounds.
The candidate must also possess great people skills.
Previous apartment/ property maintenance is a plus.
On call rotating schedule.
High school diploma and driver’s license required.
