Event Description:
The Town of Westminster will soon apply to the State for a PARC grant that will partially fund a new park on Colony Road on the west side of town, right where the town boarders with Gardner.
Once completed, the park will contain three athletic playing fields, ADA-accessible seating and viewing areas for spectators, concession stand, walking track and parking for 288 vehicles. The park will be open to the general public, regardless of residency.
Westminster's Board of Selectmen will discuss this project at its meeting on Monday June 21st at 5:00pm in the Selectmen's Meeting Room. All interested citizens are encouraged to attend.
