5:00pm Event starts, food trucks open, shops tours start
5:00-8:00pm Vendor booths open
6:30pm Band starts
7:30pm Last call for raffle entries
8:00pm Live raffle begins & shop tours conclude
8:45pm All customers report to landing field for Grand Prize Drawing
9:00pm Bar last call, band concludes, food trucks close and all customers move to the landing field.
9:30pm Bar closes.
Food Trucks(in no particular order): Braised, Flippin The Bird, Mac Daddy and The Dogfather.
