A Taste of Art - The Gardner Museum

A taste of Art Kathryn Swantee, an award-winning local artist, children’s book illustrator, teacher, and graduate of The School of the Worcester Art Museum, has worked in a variety of fields and mediums including graphic design, stencil & upholstery fabric design, photo restoration, matting & framing and murals in acrylic. She is best known for her watercolors and has taught this medium for more than 30 years. Tonight, she will be explaining and demonstrating watercolor uses, and other techniques and skills, and give an overview of color theory, and composition.
