Join Us for the 2026 Annual Meeting & Community Awards Ceremony & Dinner
Celebrate with us as we honor the 2026 Community Award Recipients for their outstanding contributions, welcome new Board members, and award scholarships at our 2026 Annual Meeting on Thursday, May 7, at Great Wolf Lodge in Fitchburg.
2026 Award Recipients
Scholarship Application Categories:
Current College Student
High School Senior
Non-Traditional Student

Applications will be reviewed by the Chamber's Scholarship Committee for consideration.
Scholarship applications are due by April 10, 2026.
Pre-registration is required for this event, walk-in's will not be accepted.
REGISTRATION IS CLOSING APRIL 24.
Dinner Options Include:
Beef: Herb-Crusted Prime Rib of Beef, Red Wine Reduction
Chicken: Oven Roasted Stuffed Chicken, Rosemary Garlic Jus
Vegetarian: Wild Mushroom Ravioli, Blistered Tomatoes, Roasted Garlic Cream Sauce, Herbs
All dinners include a caesar salad and are served with mashed yukon gold potatoes and seasoned grilled asparagus. Dessert squares and cheesecake will be served for dessert.
🔹 Seating is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
🔹 Private table reservations require 10 guests.
🔹 Children’s meals are available, contact us at chamber@gardnerma.com to arrange.
Pre-registration is REQUIRED, we will not accept walk-in guests.
