Job Description
The Account Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining a service- oriented relationship with external and internal customers. The Account Manager will ensure the fulfillment of customer orders by maintaining strong, timely and effective communication with internal departments as well as to the customer.

Education and Experience

High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent

Experience in manufacturing, the printing industry and/or packaging a plus

Key Skills / Abilities / Behaviors

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office

Strong attention to detail and acute problem- solving skills

Excellent organization and prioritization skills

Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Ability to multi-task in a fast- paced environment

Perform other similar duties as required or as requested by supervisor.

Job Type: Full-time
